Vajrasattva Meditation Practice Group, In Person and Online, Feb 12th!

We would like to request all participatants who have already received the Vajrasattva Empowerment for registering to this event.

My name is Lobsang Yeshema and I will accompany you in this event. 

The event is about short learning and meditating on The Three Principal Aspects of The Path as well as reciting the 100 Syllables Mantra.

All participants can make the practice of purification and recite the Vajrsattva mantra of 100 syllables for at least 21 times ( about 20 - 30 minutes ).

The participants should have : 1-The book: Practice in four daily sessions of preparatory  practices of accumulation and purification to enter into the Vajrayana  of the secret Mantras. 2- If you have your bell, vajra (dorjee) and mala, please prepare them.
