Anxiety, anger, frustrations and many other emotions are constantly present in our fast-daily lives, which makes difficult to live happier and to manage our relationships, our work and our activities in a more positive way.
Tibetan Buddhist philosophy lead us with a deeper understanding of these emotions with great wisdom, that will guide us towards a life of well-being and lasting peace.
Each class will have meditation sessions and explanations to have the necessary tools to deal with these emotions.
Registration must be made in advance to guarantee your place.
