All of Buddha's teachings are leading us to happiness, and this path call be included into two qualities : calm-abiding (shamatha) and special insight (vipashyana). The calm-abiding is the method which pacifies our mind, bringing it to a single-pointed concentration conjoined with suppleness and bliss. This method serves as a foundation to develop special insight.
In order to develop special insight, we need to study, contemplate and meditate the teachings on emptiness, using a combination of analytical meditation and concentration meditation. This course will include also periods of meditation.
Teacher for this course : Tenzin Gawa (Jason)
