Welcome to this 3 hours Workshop on how to overcome Stress & Anxiety according to Buddhist philosophy
Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this workshop, we will understand the causes of anxiety as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy to train our toughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind.
