About the event
Welcome everyone to this Workshop on how to Overcoming Stress & Anxiety according to Buddhist philosophy.
This Workshop will be ONLINE and IN PERSON
Monday evening, January 29th, 2024 from 7:00pm-9:00pm
The workshop is given by Lobsang Yeshema, Budhist practitioner, teacher and service in Paramita centre.
Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this workshop, we will understand the causes of anxiety as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy train our thoughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind.
