Welcome everyone to this Workshop on how to overcome Stress & Anxiety through meditation according to Buddhist philosophy
This Workshop will be ONLINE and IN PERSON
I am Lobsang Yeshema and I am so happy to accompany you in this workshop.
Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this workshop, we will understand the causes of anxiety as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy to train our thoughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind.
