Welcome to this Conference on how to overcome Stress & Anxiety according to Buddhist philosophy with Lama Samten, Tibetan Buddhist Monk, assisted with Tenzin Gawa (Jason Simard)

 

Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this workshop, we will understand the causes of anxiety and fears as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy to train our toughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind.

Lama Samten is a great master in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. He studied and trained as a monk in Gaden Jangtse, one of the greatest Buddhist Monastic University, for almost 20 years. Since he completed his studies, he shares his knowledge and wisdom with everybody interested in Canada and Europe since 20 years.
