Welcome everyone to Morning Meditation Series.
Starting a new day with meditation is good for us to keep positive energy and spend a whole day with peace as well as happiness. For these reasons, we would like to offer you a series of meditation every Morning in August.
My name is Lobsang Yeshema and I would like to share with you the instructions to do meditation following Lama Samten's book "How to Meditate".
My Passion is to help meditation practitioners develop inner-strength, mindfulness and happiness in their daily life.
If you are new or beginner meditation practitioners or already studied meditation courses, you are all heartily welcome.
Our meditation group will focus more on practice as well as provide short teaching with different topics every week about the instruction of meditation. Also, I offer time for questions to participants on and after meditating.
