Welcome everyone to Morning Meditation Series.
Starting a new day with meditation is good for us to keep positive energy and spend a whole day with peace as well as happiness. For these reasons, we would like to offer you a series of meditation every Morning in July.
My name is Lobsang Yeshema and I would like to share with you the instructions to do meditation following Lama Samten's book "How to Meditate".
My Passion is to help meditation practitioners develop inner-strength, mindfulness and happiness in their daily life.
If you are new or beginner meditation practitioners or already studied meditation courses, you are all heartily welcome.
