About the Event
Meditation is recognized wordly as a remarkable method for restoring our inner peace, stabilizing our mind, understanding and managing our emotions and stress of daily life. This 2 days Urban Retreat aims to introduce you to the world of Calm-abiding Meditation according to Buddhist philosophy and gives you an oasis of peace for a short time without leaving Toronto.
Each day includes 3 or 4 sessions, including explanations, practice and time for questions.
We have a small kitchen, so you can bring your own lunch if you want. We will take 1 hour break for lunch from 12h00 to 13h00.
