May 24th, from 19:00 to 20:30 in TORONTO (limited spots) and ONLINE !

Happiness in Buddhist Philosophy

The one and only goal of the Teachings of Buddhist Philosophy is Happiness. We all look to have more well-being and confort in our life. Buddhist Teachings explain that real happiness stems from inside ourselves. We all have the potential and the capacity to be happy. The teachings of Buddhist Wisdom are wonderful tools that can help us to achieve more and more inner well-being.

Lama Samten

Lama Samten was born Tibet in 1965 and become monk at the age of 15 in the great Ganden Monastic University. He escaped Tibet in 1985 to continue his studies in India, at the same Monastery that was rebuilt in South India. He completed his studies and received the honorific Geshe title after completing almost 20 years of study of Buddhist Philosophy. Lama Samten was invited in Canada in 1998 and has lived in the West since then. Lama Samten has founded Paramita Centre in 2002, starting in Quebec Province. Now Paramita Centre has different Centres across Canada, USA and Europe.
