Centre New Location - Grand Opening!
We are so excited to welcome you to our new location! Welcome to all for the Grand Opening!
Doors will open at 9:30 and we will start our program at 10:00.
Paramita Centre in Toronto welcomes you for a day filled with Meditation & Teachings. You are free to come anytime. During the workshops, we will share about Meditation, Emotions & Buddhist Philosophy. We will have also short group Meditation Practices.
During the breaks, you will have time to speak with the community, the teachers and meet new friends. We will prepare tea, coffee & snacks. You will also be able to visit our small Tibetan Meditation Shop.
