FREE - MEDITATION IN TAYLOR CREEK PARK
You are all welcome to join us for a meditation with Les Kertay (Lobsang Tharchin), student of Tibetan Monk Lama Samten, visiting from the US. There will also be a short introduction to meditation to find inner peace and a stable well-being according to Tibetan Buddhist wisdom.
