Death, Bardo & Rebirth : Transcending Death Course

PREREQUISITE FOR THIS COURSE : LAMRIM COURSE (& Calm-Abiding Meditation Course if possible)

Schedule : 3 days (December 26-28)

3 sessions a day : 9:00 to 10:30 AM, 11:00 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 16:00

During these 3 days, we will explain the process of death, intermediate state (bardo) & rebirth

This teaching helps us to better understand the nature of samsara and how it is produced, and also gives us insight into the way to get freedom from samsara. Also, in the Buddhist Mantrayana teachings, the understanding of this process is necessary as we work on these 3 bases (death, bardo, birth) to purify them to attain Enlightnement. The sessions will include short periods of meditation.
