Welcome to this 3 hours Workshop on how to deal with Anger according to Buddhist philosophy
We all experience moments of anger and frustration. These often come to compromise our mental and emotional well-being. In this workshop, we will discover meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy to better understand this anger and apply antidotes. We will train the mind to be tolerant and patient towards our hardship.
