About the event

In this workshop/lecture givent by Maya Bélanger, buddhist chaplain for the correctionnal service and teacher in the paramita Center, we will describe the disadvantages of anger and the advantages of a patient and tolerant attitude. We will look at various meditation and analytical techniques to cultivate a more virtuous attitude.
