Far from being a dogma, Buddha's teaching are a deep insight into reality and provides incredible tools to deal with our own mind and difficult emotions. Sometimes called a "science of the mind", Buddhism provides more than relevant tools to deal with difficulties that most of us face nowadays: stress, anxiety, harmful emotions and depression. This 3 hours class i a short introduction to the vast world of Buddhist Psychology and how anyone can use Buddha's wisdom in our modern world to improve our mental peace.
