Buddhist Psychology
Far from being a dogma, Buddha's teaching are a deep insight into reality and provides incredible tools to deal with our own mind and difficult emotions. Sometimes called a "science of the mind", Buddhism provides more than relevant tools to deal with difficulties that most of us face nowadays: stress, anxiety, harmful emotions and depression. This talk is a short introduction to the vast world of Buddhist Psychology and how anyone can use Buddha's wisdom in our modern world to improve our mental peace. Join us for this special event with our International Teacher Buddhist Monk Lama Samten.
