The calmer of our mind, the easier it will be to deal with problems. Welcome to this 1 day retreat on becoming fearless. Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy has a deep and vast understanding of the human mind and all its aspects. As we cultivate correct views and constructive emotions, our mental strength increases; this leads to mental peace, which, in turn, brings joy and a sense of fulfillment. A mental state that sees the world as it is is free from fear and anxiety. Courage comes from the way we regard situations. Focusing on the positive, while being aware of but not discouraged by the negative, enables us to make every effort to improve conditions. Then, happiness can be possible at each very moment.
