We request people to have already received the Vajrasattva Empowerment to register to this ptractice.
Maya Bélanger will guide this practice. All participants can make the practice of purification and recite the Vajrsattva mantra of 100 syllables.
You will need : 1-The book: Practice in four daily sessions of preparatory practices of accumulation and purification to enter into the Vajrayana of the secret Mantras. 2- If you have your bell, vajra (dorjee) and mala, please prepare them.
