About the Event
This activity is in person and for those who have already had experience of meditation!
I am Yeshema and I will be with you for this activity!
We aim with this group to go deeper on meditation-calm abiding practice. We will develop a deeper practice which combine what we have learned in the course. Our group practice can give more power and experience to our meditation practice .
To develop the best of the quality of meditation, participants should have experiences of calm abiding meditation or have learned calm abiding course before.
Our activity focuses only for meditation practice:
- Preparation: Tibetan Chanting
- Meditation: Section 1 is 20 minutes. Section 2 is 20 minutes
- Conclusion: Dedication - Tibetan Chanting
During meditation, if participants want to change their posture or relax, you can move gently in order not to disturb others. After meditation, we also offer time for questions or any helps about meditation-calm abiding practice.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the workshop taking place.
