About the Event

The workshop is in person and online.

In this workshop/lecture givent by Lobsang Yeshema, buddhist practictioner for the service and teacher in Paramita Center.

We will describe the advantages of compassion and how compassion help meditation practictioner attain the peaceful stage of mind. We will look at various meditation and analytical techniques to cultivate a more virtuous attitude.
